FREE Gentle Exercise Taster Sessions at Simpson Village Hall
Following the three successful taster sessions, the Council will be contacting anyone who attended - plus welcome anyone else too - to come along for a coffee and chat to agree the way forward.
We are likely to propose an initial 'five-week' block of sessions but need your input to decide what form of exercise and how the sessions will be managed.
The date and time of the coffee/chat session will be published here shortly and advertised on the noticeboards.
